Bowditch & Dewey Continues to Expand Real Estate Capabilities with Addition of Brian Grossman

Worcester, MA – March 28, 2018 – Bowditch & Dewey, LLP today announced that Brian Grossman has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate & Environmental Practice.

Mr. Grossman is the third attorney this year to join Bowditch and Dewey’s robust and highly-regarded real estate practice.  The firm recently welcomed partner Samantha McDonald and associate Randi Stempler as key members of the real estate practice that includes a focus on acquisition, financing and development of a wide range of projects, as well as related permitting, environmental and land use issues, and litigation.

An accomplished real estate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Grossman’s practice includes a focus on complex real estate transactions pertaining to financing, leasing and the sale and acquisition of property, environmental issues and related litigation. He has a proven track record of handling complex zoning and land use appeals, and has successfully represented clients before permit-granting authorities in over 170 municipalities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He represents clients in a range of industries, including renewable energy, telecommunications and financial services.
