Welcome! Solarium Coffee is a coffee cart brought to life by co-owners Ben and Halle Farber. Officially launched on June 1, 2025, our mobile coffee cart is the culmination of years of curiosity, dedication, and a shared love of brightening days through a perfect cup of coffee.
The name "Solarium" evokes the cozy, bright feeling we’ve always chased. It’s that perfect morning moment with a hot cup of coffee and sunlight streaming through the window. Morning sunlight complements coffee perfectly, and as we grow, we are guided by this vision for our future cafe. One encompassed in natural light and warmth.
The Solarium Coffee cart was developed out of a desire to share this elevated experience. We spent months testing plumbing, optimizing our cart design, practicing drinks (like Halle’s go-to oat milk vanilla latte), and designing the perfect coffee catering event menu.
We’re just getting started! We are excited to continue this journey, bringing thoughtfully developed coffee and genuine hospitality to your next event, whether that’s in Boston, Cambridge, or our home in Framingham.
