Leadership MetroWest is a respected and established nonprofit community leadership development organization serving the MetroWest region for 28 years. Our goal is to encourage and empower the participants and alumni of our signature program, the ?MetroWest Leadership Academy,? to be more informed, effective and engaged community and business leaders.

By providing first-rate experiential Academy programs and powerful connections through the Alumni Association, and presenting events on timely topics for leaders in the community, we continue our long tradition of building effective leadership and promoting civic engagement and collaboration in MetroWest.

Leadership MetroWest was founded in 1986 as a program of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce and incorporated as an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) in 1994. The organization is led by a Board of Directors and staffed by an Executive Director.
