Over the past decade, I’ve worked as both a trusted advisor and a builder. As a risk manager, I helped teams understand how work happens today, find what could go wrong, and design better ways to get work done. I’ve simultaneously built tools that saving my teams hours each month, designed and delivered trainings to increase my colleagues’ skills, and grown a team from scratch to meet increasing demand for our services.

I’ve been fortunate to help two of the world’s largest banking and software companies grow. Now, I want businesses without those resources to have the same shot. I am deeply passionate about giving local economies and small businesses the infrastructure they need so that communities can flourish and people can retain ownership of strong, independent companies.
