Having served 25 years in the Military, Aerospace and Software industries as a leader and senior executive, Ingrid shares her leadership tips working in male dominated career fields.
Leaders must work with others, communicate effectively and develop relationship with people that are different than you. Equally as important is the PREPARATION leaders bring to any situation or role.
This retired Lt. Colonel, combat Veteran, and first female company commander of an all-male, Hispanic flight training unit will share some of her most valuable (and transferable) "tips" on leadership from the top down (with command authority) and from the bottom up (from within). Ingrid will share lessons learned and tools from her rucksack to empower women at all stages of their careers and in a wide variety of workplace environments.
