Event Description:
Join us along with prominent members of the MetroWest religious and business communities to honor our young Leadership in Diversity Award recipients at this year's special 25th Anniversary Breakfast! Our guest speaker will be Dr. Beverly (Bev) Edgehill, Vice President and Global Head of the Organizational Development Center of Expertise for the TJX Companies.
Dr. Edgehill was previously president and Chief Executive Officer for The Partnership, a nonprofit working with organizations in all sectors to build racially and ethnically diverse leadership pipelines, offering leadership development programs for multicultural talent, as well as customized consulting services to improve diversity performance in a global marketplace. She has served a regional selection panelist for the White House Fellows program under both the Bush and Obama administrations.

The event also includes awarding the annual Nancy King Award, named for the late Executive Director and founder of MetroWest Legal Services. The 2018 Nancy King Award will go to Diego Low of the MetroWest Worker Center.
